The Warren
A large family cottage for 7 people (9 if you include the sofa bed)
The Warren is the largest the six holiday cottages at South Devon. It has its own walled garden, as well as use of the surrounding gardens,its own barbecue and is very spacious inside.
When groups book more than one cottage, The Warren becomes the meeting place. We can provide extra tables and chairs if everyone wants to eat in the same cottage.
The kitchen is very well equipped with a double oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer.
This cottage has three bedrooms and will sleep 7/9. The downstairs is open plan with kitchen & dining and sitting areas and like the bedrooms has all the old beams exposed. There is also a single bedroom located downstairs which has its own wash basin and toilet.
Upstairs there is a family room with a double bed and bunk beds and another bedroom with a king-size bed and sofa. The views from this bedroom are superb. The bathroom is also upstairs.
There is also a sofa bed in the living room and we can provide an extra fold out bed for either the downstairs bedroom or the kingsize room upstairs. 4 star self catering.
There is a laundry room on site.
